Kick-start your day with our delicious, nutritionally rich and creamy Homemade Bircher Muesli to give you the energy you need to get through the day.
- 1.5 cups of Rolled oats (quick oats)
- 1 cup of Milk (Almond Milk,Soy etc)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (or Maple Syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cup plain yoghurt (low fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla essence
- Cinnamon or Mixed Spice if desired
- Place all ingredients in a container. (It should be moist)
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Ready to eat in the morning.
