Bumpy Road

This week on the blog we are making Chocolate Bumpy Road (AKA our version of Rocky Road Slice)

You can make it with any form of chocolate you desire. We made 2 versions here. One with white choc and one with milk choc.

INGREDIENTS

WHITE CHOC VERSION

375g white choc melts

1 pkt raspberries or red snakes

1/2 pet green snakes chopped

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 pkt marshmallows whole

MILK CHOC VERSION

2  x 375g milk choc melts

1 pkt clinkers

1 pkt raspberries or red snakes

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 pkt mint leaves 

1/2 pkt marshmallows whole

METHOD

Melt chocolate in microwave slowly.

Line a tin with baking paper.

Mix in coconut, then add the lollies making sure to coat them all.

Scoop roughly into tin and let it set in fridge.

When set, cut into desired chunks with serrated knife.

**Alternatively, cut up/add any of your favourite lollies. It’s great also with choc-coated nuts, clinkers and Turkish delights.
