The Best Choc-Chunk Cookies Ever
"Cookies For The Masses"
Oven at 180 degrees celcius
1 Cream butter and sugar. Add in condensed milk and mix together till fully combined.
2 Add choc bits. Mix through with (clean) hands. I dare anyone to try to mix this recipe with a utensil!!!
3 Add (sifted) SR Flour in 3-4 batches, mixing through thoroughly with hands until well combined.
4 Take 1 or 2 tbsp and roll into balls. Place on baking paper (do not flatten). (NB: They will spread themselves).
5 Cook for 14-16mins (or longer if you want a crispier cookie).
Tip: Great for cooking a couple of batches and freezing the left over cookie dough.
*Cookie dough tastes terrific added to ice cream! (Yummy!)
