The Easiest Granola Recipe

This is so easy to make and so versatile in its use. I use it just as a snack, on top of my Bircher muesli, with yoghurt, topping on ice cream, cake and you get the gist.

Recipe ingredients.….note quantities is all up to you

Pumpkin seeds

Pecans, Almonds, Macadamias

Shredded Coconut

Dried Cranberries


Cinnamon or mixed spices

Place all of above ingredients into a bowl and pull together with coconut oil and maple syrup or raw honey.


Mix until well combined, then place on an oven tray. Try and spread out so it all bakes evenly. Oven temperature should be around 300°F or 150°C and bake for approx. 25min. Check on it at 15min, and with a spatula, move the mix around the tray, then continue to bake. Once you take it out, cool completely and store in an airtight jar. If the weather is really hot, I would keep the jar in the fridge. Enjoy😊
